Plasterboard Profiles production system up to 120 meters per minute: top performance and quality

The  production line for stud and track operates at up to 120 meters a minute and features a compact layout plus great speed and reliability.

The system includes KINGREAL reducer motors units with special transmission ensuring low noise operation, minimum vibrations and longest life for all the mechanical parts.

The basic system produces multi profiles for drywall construction, including variable width & height of tracks and tracks, one ceiling profile and another perimeter section.

KINGREAL gypsum profiles roll forming machines can produce various types of plasterboard profiles including various sizes of stud and track profiles, omega channel, angle profiles, C channel, U channel and gypsum clip carrier etc.

1. Furring channel roll forming machine		Furring channel (hat channel, omega channel ) roll forming machine is for the high speed roll forming of omega channel. The line uses high speed fly shearying system and the production speed is up to 120m/min.

5. Plsterboards CLIP Carrier Making machine		Gypsum clip carrier making machine is one of our most featuring machines, the machine structure includes combine uncoiler & straightener, high speed punching press, high press roll forming machine, hydraulic shearing system and auto stack machine.

• Double decoiler (easy to replace the raw materials coils)
• High Precision roll forming machine (Independent gear box driving)
• Carriage with systems for fly cutting and perforation for cable holes (U)
• Unloading table

Double decoiler is for uncoiling the raw material steel coil. WIth double decoiler structure, the coils can be loaded during the machine running to increase the production effeciency.	Plasterboard profiles main roll forming machine is for the high speed roll forming of the gypsum board profiles. The forming roller is high quality mold steel Cr12MoV with vaccum treatment.
KINGREAL fly punching & shearing station can punch and cut the profiles without stop the machine. It can produce different shapes of profiles channels by changing the punching and shearing dies.	Output table are for staking the finished products, the auto stacking system is for your choice.

Taking into account the production speed that is reached, the line is usually completed by the  full automatic packaging system.

In addition to the basic line, Kingreal manufactures customised solutions with rotary perforating systems, single or double carriage fly cutting systems, plus, for example, embossing and labelling systems. The lines can also be combined for high output systems with production speed of 120 meters per minute.
