Structural metal stud framing refers to the construction of walls and planes using cold-formed steel components. There are two main components of metal stud framing, a stud, and a track. Heavier gauge metal studs are used in load bearing walls and structural applications such as exterior walls. Lighter gauge metal studs are used in non-load bearing applications such as some interior walls, half-walls, and partitions.
How We Produce Them?
We offer a whole solution of fully automatic production line. It adopts a Double-Head Decoiler for fast material decoiling, Main Roll Forming Machine, Fly Punching and Shearing System, Product Output Table. We have a series of machines to meet different demands.
What’s the Differences Among Our Machine Series?
Mostly on speed. There are 3 variants: Up to 100-120m/min machine, up to 50-60m/min machine and 30m/min machine. Clients can make their own decision to choose which to buy. Here we show the fastest one, 100-120m/min speed.
How Do Our Production Lines Perform?
Excellent. Take the Up to 100-120m/min machine as an example, production speed can be adjusted by our self-developed computer control software, then servo motors and worm speed reducers will set the machine accordingly.
What Do We Do to Make Our Machines Work Fine?
Good components
CR12MOV mold-steel-made rollers and cutting mold, 50mm thick base panel, 40mm diameter axle, customized servo motor from Yaskawa, Main motor from Siemens. All good material and electric parts from famous brands.
Self-developed software
Our R&D department developed our own software for controlling and operating the whole production line. Languages can be customized. All parameters and specifications can be set in the system, which makes operation of not only this production line, but all our machines is very easy.
Our Service
In order to help our customers to solve machine installation problems, KINGREAL will provide both online and local installation services.
1. Online installation guide
- Photos and videos of machine will be sent
- Online group will be initiated to discuss together
- Regular video conference be held to keep communication and contacting
2. Local installation
KINGREAL will arrange engineers to go abroad to install the machine at the customer‘s place to ensure the normal operation of the machine, and will provide all technical guidance. Exact costs to be negotiated.
