KINGREAL February Machine Shipment Record

2026-03-09 18:31

In February 2026, the KINGREAL factory experienced a peak in machine shipments. After rigorous testing and adjustments, a batch of machines received final approval from customers and were subsequently bundled and shipped. This shipment involved multiple countries, including metal stamping making machines and steel slitting machine to Turkmenistan, metal ceiling channel machine and cassette ceiling keel machine to Belgium, metal ceiling tile production line to India, and drywall wall angle profile machine to Romania. Let's review the shipment situation and related work details for this month with KINGREAL.

Pre-shipment Preparations

Meticulous preparation is essential for any machine shipment. The KINGREAL crew carried out a thorough packing operation for every part of each machine as the shipping date approached. KINGREAL took extra care to segregate parts from various machines so that two components from two different machines would not be mixed together to guarantee prompt delivery and high-quality. KINGREAL made sure that every part was sufficiently protected during shipping by packing each machine individually, grouping them by the particular requirements of the project. KINGREAL employed premium packaging materials during the entire process and implemented all needed protective precautions to resist shocks and compression during shipping. Every component of the machine had a thorough inspection before packing to guarantee no damage or loss of any pieces during transit. Apart from showing KINGREAL great respect for product quality, this also gives customers comfort of mind.

Projects Overview

1)Turkmenistan Project

In Turkmenistan, KINGREAL designed two metal stamping making machines and one steel slitting machine for the customer. Based on the drawings and finished product requirements provided by the Turkmenistan customer, KINGREAL provided a customized design to ensure that the produced finished products fully meet the customer's needs. These two metal stamping making machines each have unique structures and functions, capable of producing different types of finished products. Particularly designed by KINGREAL for Turkmenistan, the steel slitting machine can handle rolls up to 1300mm wide and fits well for space-restricted production situations thanks to its relatively small footprint. Designed with the customer's consumption patterns and workflow in mind, the steel slitting machine sought to offer a smooth and practical operating experience.

2)Belgium Project

In the Belgium project, the most notable component was KINGREAL metal ceiling channel machine. This metal ceiling channel machine features a dual forming and dual cutting station design, allowing for flexible switching between different product types. While it cannot produce two finished products simultaneously, this switching flexibility significantly improves production efficiency. Furthermore, based on in-depth market research in Belgium, we specifically designed a cassette ceiling keel machine for the customer. The produced cassette ceiling keel perfectly fit with the locally unique baffle ceiling system, providing a complete baffle ceiling system. This design gives the Belgian customer a competitive edge in the market, enabling them to meet higher building standards.

3)India Project

In the India project, KINGREAL provided a metal ceiling tile production line composed of various high-precision equipment. This metal ceiling tile production line includes a hydraulic decoiler, precision leveler, punching press, servo feeder, punching and shearing press, secondary precision leveler, flipping machine, automatic tile feeder, and automatic bending forming machine. Each component underwent rigorous selection and trialing to ensure that the produced metal ceiling tiles are of high precision and consistency, with a smooth surface and burr-free edges.

Meeting the rising need for building materials in the Indian market, this metal ceiling tile production line can handle 0.4-0.5mm thick iron and 0.5-0.6mm thick aluminum. Believing it will present more business chances for its Indian clients, KINGREAL is certain in the great effectiveness and consistent performance of the metal ceiling tile production line.

4)Romania Project

To ensure the safety of its Romanian customers, the KINGREAL team specifically upgraded the drywall wall angle profile machine's configuration. Particularly in the forming section, a dedicated protective shield was installed. This design allows the cover to close during drywall wall angle profile machine operation, effectively preventing workers from accidentally touching the running forming rollers and causing injury.
