Detail Of High Speed Metal Ceiling Tile Production Line

According to the perforation speed, it would be about 16-18PCS for the half perforation line. After this production line, we need two bending forming oil press machine to catch speed of perforation line.

The ceiling tile production line will be distributed on two different conveyers and turn the ceiling tiles automatically, the feed to the bending machine machine by manipulator, at the same time, the finsihed products will be taken out from the bending forming machine.

KINGREAL can provide the high quality oil press machine for produce the perforation ceiling tiles. Hydraulic oil press is used for cutting the corner and bending forming the ceiling plates.
