03/Plasterboard Profiles Production Line Manufacturing and Inspection Preparation

After several months of rigorous manufacturing, KINGREAL invited the Kazakh customer to factory for another inspection in September 2025. This is a crucial step. The Kazakhstan customer will personally test the performance of the gypsum board profile production line to ensure it meets actual production needs.

●Productivity of plasterboard profiles production line 

During the gypsum board profile production line inspection, the Kazakhstan customer first focused on the plasterboard profiles production line's productivity. KINGREAL gypsum board profile production line boasts a maximum operating speed of 100 m/min, an ultra-fast production speed that effectively meets the Kazakhstan customer's production requirements. Furthermore, to maximize efficiency throughout the entire production process, KINGREAL has equipped the plasterboard profiles production line with a highly efficient packaging machine. This packaging machine not only snaps together, lifts, and stacks finished products, but also features tape wrapping, material pulling, and palletizing, including horizontal and vertical movement. This series of automated features streamlines the entire production process, reduces the need for manual intervention, and further improves production efficiency.

In addition to productivity, the Kazakhstan customer also conducted a detailed test of the plasterboard profiles production line's precision. Using measuring tools to inspect finished products, the Kazakhstan customer confirmed that the gypsum board profile production line produces high-precision, smooth, and burr-free finished products. This is all thanks to KINGREAL engineers equipping the roll forming machine with high-quality CR12MOV die steel rollers, heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 58°-60° and machined using CNC machines.

In addition, the shearing station features a servo-controlled, continuous-cutting mechanism. The blades are also made of CR12MOV, hardened to HRC 60°, ensuring precise forming and cutting capabilities. The Kazakh customer expressed great satisfaction with this precision, believing it will greatly benefit their future production.

●Long-term operational capability of gypsum board profile production line

Considering the Kazakh customer's demand for extended plasterboard profiles production line operation, KINGREAL incorporated an oil cooling system and electrical cabinet air conditioner into the gypsum board profile production line's design. These features primarily cool the hydraulic system, as oil temperatures can rise rapidly during high-speed production. Furthermore, the electrical cabinet air conditioner reduces the temperature of the electrical cabinet, ensuring stability during high-speed production.

During the on-site test, the Kazakh customer personally tested the plasterboard profiles production line for extended periods of operation to verify its proper operation. The test results showed that the gypsum board profile production line maintained excellent performance even after extended operation, and the Kazakh customer expressed satisfaction.

04/Final Testing and Delivery of Plasterboard Profiles Production Line

After comprehensive testing and evaluation, the Kazakh customer expressed high satisfaction with the performance of the gypsum board profile production line.
