Algerian Customer Visit:Silicon Coil Slitting Line

Last week, accompanied by KINGREAL staff and engineers, an Algerian customer visited the silicon coil slitting line at the KINGREAL factory. This visit was not only an intuitive understanding of the NGOES coil slitting line, but also an important opportunity for technical exchanges between the two parties. This Algerian customer has been deeply involved in the field of high-end new energy vehicle manufacturing for many years and has a strong demand for silicon steel narrow strips. However, due to the extremely high hardness and brittleness of silicon steel materials, the wear of the cutter during the slitting process is extremely serious. This characteristic places extremely stringent requirements on the accuracy and process parameters of the silicon coil slitting line. Therefore, ultra-thin silicon steel slitting technology has always been one of the difficult problems in the steel industry. Traditional slitting technology often fails to meet the production requirements of high precision and high efficiency, especially when processing ultra-thin materials.
