▍Metal Slitting Machine & Metal Cut To Length Line Installation

This year, KINGREAL engineering team traveled to Indonesia to install a metal slitting machine and metal cut to length line for the same customer. This customer had recently opened a new factory, and KINGREAL engineers carefully considered the factory space, installing the metal slitting machine and metal cut to length line separately. During the installation process, KINGREAL engineers tested the machines using steel and stainless steel coils commonly used by the Indonesian customer, strictly checking the machine's operating status and product quality. After the testing was completed, KINGREAL engineers also fine-tuned the metal slitting machine and metal cut to length line based on the actual situation to ensure stable operation in future production.

At the same time, KINGREAL also provided installation of a metal slitting machine and coil packaging line for another customer in Mexico. This Mexican customer pursued ultra-efficient fully automated production, and KINGREAL customized a coil packaging line to meet their needs. At the Mexican factory, the KINGREAL team not only completed the equipment installation but also specifically tested the continuity between the metal slitting machine and the coil packaging line, ensuring that this combination met the Mexican customer's production standards.

▍Professional Installation of Metal Perforated Machine

In September 2025, KINGREAL sent professional engineers to Morocco to install a metal perforated machine for a customer. Because this Moroccan customer required both punched coils and punched sheets, KINGREAL equipped them with a recoiler and a shearing station. During the metal perforated machine installation process, KINGREAL engineers, relying on their rich experience, gradually positioned and connected the decoiler, leveling machine, punching machine, shearing station, and recoiler components. Next, they conducted material testing to ensure the smooth operation of each process. After a series of rigorous tests, the Moroccan customer was very satisfied with the final metal perforated machine condition and product quality. KINGREAL engineers then provided training on daily maintenance, ensuring that every Moroccan employee understood the operation and maintenance methods of the metal perforated machine, enabling them to independently handle daily problems.

▍Customized Installation of Ceiling Channel Making Machine

KINGREAL offers drywall profile machine and false ceiling channel machine, which are also KINGREAL signature roll forming machines. In 2025, KINGREAL engineers traveled to Aruba, Mexico, and Turkey to provide professional ceiling channel making machine installation for customers. Each piece of equipment was custom-designed according to the customer's actual project needs, meeting the different requirements for equipment parameters and performance in various countries. During the ceiling channel making machine installation process, KINGREAL engineers fully considered the usage habits of customers in each country to facilitate smoother operation of the ceiling channel making machine.

▍Installation and Training of Suspended Ceiling Making Machine

Suspended ceiling making machines mainly include baffle ceiling machine, open cell ceiling machine, and linear strip ceiling machine. This year, the KINGREAL engineering team went to Vietnam to install linear strip ceiling machine and baffle ceiling machine for customers. After the installation was completed, the KINGREAL team provided comprehensive operation training for the Vietnamese workers, including how to start, stop, and pause the suspended making machine, how to set and modify parameters, and how to replace cutting blades. The training continued until every Vietnamese worker could operate the machine independently. Meanwhile, KINGREAL also completed the installation of an open cell ceiling machine in Russia at the beginning of the year. With the assistance of Russian workers, all steps of the open cell ceiling machine installation proceeded quickly and smoothly, ultimately achieving a production speed of 30m/min and ensuring the high precision of the grilyato ceilings produced by the open cell ceiling machine, which satisfied the Russian customer. After the open cell ceiling machine installation was completed, the Russian workers celebrated this achievement with a dance, creating a very enthusiastic atmosphere.

In addition, the KINGREAL team also traveled to Italy to install a baffle ceiling machine equipped with a protective shield for a customer. Based on the Italian customer's high standards for baffle ceiling machine safety performance, KINGREAL specially designed a protective shield, fully considering its safety, convenience, and practicality from the design stage.

▍Installation of Other Roll Forming Machine

In addition to metal slitting machines, metal perforated machines, and ceiling channel making machines, etc, KINGREAL also installed cu solar channel machine and slotted angle rack machine for Mexican customers in 2025. The KINGREAL team carried out the installation process step by step, paying particular attention to the debugging and operation instructions of the automatic packaging machine to ensure efficient production, reduced labor costs, and guaranteed product quality.
