This October, the Canton Fair was held as scheduled, attracting customers from all over the world to Guangzhou. KINGREAL factory, located just an hour's drive from the exhibition center, saw a significant increase in the number of customers it received. Customers from countries such as Israel, Singapore, Kuwait, and India visited the KINGREAL factory to learn about its various machines. In this article, KINGREAL will share some highlights from customer visits to the factory in October.

Singaporean Customer at the KINGREAL Factory

On a sunny morning, KINGREAL staff drove ahead to the hotel to pick up the Singaporean customer and take them to the factory. To ensure the Singaporean customer's needs were met, KINGREAL staff had a detailed phone conversation with the customer the day before, confirming the types of machines they wished to see, mainly focusing on pallet upright rack machine and key production processes such as the raw material workshop and manufacturing workshop. Upon arrival at the factory, KINGREAL staff first led the Singaporean customer on a tour of the supermarket shelf panel machine, upright rack making machine, box beam making machine, step beam making machine, and slotted angle rack machine. KINGREAL staff provided a detailed introduction to the pallet upright rack machines' functions, technical specifications, and how they work together to produce robust shelving systems.

During the visit, the Singaporean customer showed great interest, listening attentively and asking questions frequently. For example, regarding the types of finished product the upright rack making machine's products were suitable for, KINGREAL staff explained that KINGREAL pallet upright rack machines can be designed and manufactured to meet specific customer needs for light-duty, medium-duty, or heavy-duty shelving. Israeli Customers at the KINGREAL Factory

Following this, Israeli customers also visited the KINGREAL factory. KINGREAL staff accompanied them throughout the visit to ensure they fully understood the functions of the stud and track machine. The main purpose of this visit was to assess whether the metal stud making machine met their production needs. At the site, KINGREAL staff provided a detailed introduction to the components of the drywall profile machine, including the decoiler, roll forming machine, fly punching and shearing system, and discharge table. The features and performance of each component were explained in detail. The Israeli customer showed great interest in the drywall profile machine and expressed a desire for a more fully automated and efficient production process.

To this end, KINGREAL staff introduced the fully automatic packaging machine that could be equipped with the stud and track machine to the Israeli customer and took him on a tour. The packaging machine's structure includes an infeed fastening section, a packing section, a pulling section, a labeling section, and a stacking section, using PP strapping to ensure the keels do not scatter during transportation. The Israeli customer can set the number of profiles in each bundle according to actual needs to ensure packing quality and efficiency. After the tour, KINGREAL staff invited the Israeli customer to the conference room for further discussion. In the conference room, staff displayed more finished products produced by KINGREAL metal stud making machines. The Israeli customer precisely measured these products, checked for errors, and discussed the machine's manufacturing plan in depth with KINGREAL staff.

Indian Customers at the KINGREAL Factory

Subsequently, customers from India also visited the KINGREAL factory. Due to project expansion, the Indian customer had purchasing needs for roll forming machines in multiple fields. Therefore, KINGREAL staff meticulously arranged a tour, taking them to see cable tray making machines, solar channel machines, warehouse pallet rack machines, and storage shelf panel machines.

During the tour, the Indian customers showed great interest in the CU Solar Channel Machine. Under the guidance of KINGREAL engineers, the Indian customers observed the entire operation of the solar channel machine and sawed various finished products, including punched channels and serrated solid channels. KINGREAL staff provided detailed explanations of the solar channel machine's working principles and production processes, giving the Indian customers a deeper understanding of the solar channel machine's performance and applications.

Through this visit, the Indian client not only expressed appreciation for the performance of KINGREAL equipment but also expressed high expectations for future cooperation.

Kuwaiti Customers at the KINGREAL Factory

In the last week of October, Kuwaiti customers also visited the KINGREAL factory to tour the steel coil slitting lines. KINGREAL staff introduced the Kuwaiti clients to various types of steel coil slitting lines, including high speed coil slitting lines, mini coil slitting machines, and heavy gauge steel coil slitting lines. To allow the Kuwaiti customer to gain a more intuitive understanding of the steel coil slitting line's performance, KINGREAL staff invited them to operate the coil slitting machine themselves.

With the full assistance of KINGREAL staff, the Kuwaiti customer successfully set different production parameters (including their commonly used parameters) and tested the steel coil slitting line's stable operation under different parameters. KINGREAL metal slitting machine can reach a maximum production speed of 230 m/min and supports customer speed adjustment. During the actual operation, the Kuwaiti customer inspected the produced narrow strips, and the results showed that these strips had a smooth, burr-free surface and a high degree of consistency.

Further testing revealed that the width tolerance of these strips was ≤±0.05 mm, and the cut straightness was ≤1 mm/2000 mm, fully meeting industry standards. The Kuwaiti customer expressed satisfaction with KINGREAL steel coil slitting line and looked forward to future cooperation with KINGREAL.
