For both projects, KINGREAL customized the metal coil slitting machine based on the customer's specific production needs, including speed, number of narrow strips that can be slit simultaneously, narrow strip accuracy, and material thickness and width, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of the Indonesian and Mexican customers.

Indonesia Metal Coil Slitting Machine

Indonesia received this metal coil slitting line in April. KINGREAL welcomed the Indonesian customer to the factory for a test run to make sure the performance of the metal coil slitting machine satisfies the needs of the Indonesian customer. Following the construction of the metal coil slitting line, KINGREAL employees went with the client throughout the trial, guaranteeing exacting and thorough processing at every level. Mexico Metal Coil Slitting Machine

This metal coil slitting line was shipped to Mexico in mid-August. It can process metal coils with a thickness of 0.2-3mm and a width of 1650mm, and can also reach speeds of 200m/min. Similar to the Indonesian project, the successful delivery of the Mexico metal coil slitting machine was also inseparable from detailed early communication. During the metal coil slitting line design phase, KINGREAL engineers engaged in extensive discussions with the Mexican customer, discussing material thickness, width, weight, acceptable tolerances, and the different metal materials being processed. The Mexican customer also identified other special production requirements, which provided crucial insights into the design of the metal coil slitting line.

The resulting metal coil slitting line is capable of processing a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, iron, and copper, fully meeting the customer's needs. To ensure stable operation, the metal coil slitting machine is equipped with a high-quality tension station consisting of a welded steel base, frame, and brake system. The pressure plate is hydraulically driven to achieve optimal clamping force. Furthermore, due to the Mexican customer's large production scale and diverse project portfolio, KINGREAL also provided them with a fully automated steel coil packaging line solution. This steel coil packaging line incorporates several precision components, including a coil strapping machine, a coil tilter station, a vertical packaging line, etc. The highly automated production line requires only two to three workers to operate, saving over 40% in manpower compared to the five workers (three operators + two balers) required for a traditional metal coil slitting line. This design not only improves production efficiency but also effectively eliminates manual errors, enhancing safety and reliability.

Once the metal coil slitting machine arrives at the customer's factory, KINGREAL service goes beyond delivery.
