To mitigate potential hazards, KINGREAL engineers specifically incorporated protective shield into the drywall wall angle profile machine’s design. These protective shields serve to effectively shield workers while the gypsum board wall angle machine is in operation, preventing injuries that could result from accidental contact with the moving rollers. Furthermore, once the drywall wall angle profile machine has been shut down, these protective shield can be easily opened to facilitate routine cleaning and maintenance. Recognizing that the Romanian customer’s factory space was limited, the KINGREAL team researched and optimized the drywall wall angle profile machine’s dimensions—without compromising its production capacity—to create a compact and space-efficient drywall wall angle profile machine. Regarding the forming section, the KINGREAL team equipped the roll forming machine with 10 sets rollers; manufactured from Cr12 steel, these rollers ensure the reliability and precision of the forming process. Additionally, to boost production efficiency, KINGREAL engineers configured the gypsum board wall angle machine with a following cutting system. This system enables precise, fixed-length cutting of the material while ensuring the continuity of the production process, allowing for seamless operation without the need for gypsum board wall angle machine downtime.

The Romanian customer gave the metal ceiling channel machine’s performance high praise, noting that it not only effectively increased production output but—more importantly—significantly enhanced the quality of the finished products, thereby greatly boosting the installation efficiency of their suspended ceiling systems. <<Belgium Project: A Flexible Dual-Unit Metal Ceiling Channel Machine
In our project collaboration with the Belgian customer, KINGREAL designed an innovative dual-unit false ceiling channel machine. The most distinctive feature of this metal ceiling channel machine lies in its dual sets of forming rollers and cutting systems, enabling a single unit to flexibly produce two entirely different types of false ceiling channels. This unique design eliminates the need for our Belgian customer to purchase multiple false ceiling channel machines for producing different ceiling channels or to frequently change molds, thereby significantly reducing both production costs and lead times. It is worth noting that, although the metal ceiling channel machine features a dual-unit design, the two units cannot operate simultaneously; this ensures the safety and stability of the production process. Furthermore, given the Belgian customer's extremely stringent requirements regarding profile precision, the KINGREAL team incorporated various high-precision components into the design and optimized the false ceiling channel machine's operational parameters. Ultimately, the finished products produced by this metal ceiling channel machine demonstrate the following superior performance metrics:
Shearing Accuracy: ±1.0 mm/1m
Straightness: Curvature less than 1‰/m; Twist less than 1.3%/m
Surface Quality: Free from visible defects such as shrinkage marks, unevenness, scratches, or burrs.
To meet the production demands of the dual-unit configuration, KINGREAL engineers undertook a thorough analysis of the motor and hydraulic system power requirements. Consequently, the main roll forming motor power was set at 7.5 kW, and the hydraulic system motor power at 5.5 kW, ensuring that both units can operate with stability and high efficiency.

The Belgian customer expressed immense satisfaction with this dual-unit false ceiling channel machine, noting its impressive potential for boosting production efficiency and reducing labor requirements.
