Turkmenistan Project: Machines for Facade System

2026-06-10 16:35

In 2026, KINGREAL successfully delivered multiple machines for facade system to a client in Turkmenistan, comprehensively assisting the client in building an integrated, automated production line for facade systems. This addressed pain points in local exterior wall building material production and strengthened the client's core competitiveness in the local facade system market.

The client in this collaboration is a professional building material manufacturer in Turkmenistan, specializing in the processing of profiles in facade system. It is a standardized profile production and processing plant in the region. The machines delivered by KINGREAL included ◀ steel slitting line, two metal bracket production lines, and t profile roll forming machine.▶ All machines are adapted to the production conditions of the facade system. Multiple machines operate in tandem, establishing a complete closed-loop production line from coil cutting to accessory stamping to specialized profile roll forming, enabling the Turkmenistan client to produce all metal components for their own facade system.

  • Turkmenistan Client Development Challenges

The Turkmenistan client's production and operations are fraught with multiple challenges. Their existing production model and outdated machinery are ill-suited to market demands.

On the one hand, the customer sources all raw materials externally, resulting in inconsistent quality across batches. This fluctuation in raw material quality directly impacts the finished product qualification rate of various processing machines. Simultaneously, the unstable raw material supply chain frequently leads to shortages and stockouts, rendering processing machines idle and forcing the entire production line to halt, thus delaying order delivery.

On the other hand, the Turkmenistan customer's existing machines have extremely low automation levels, relying heavily on manual labor. This results in high labor costs, significant errors in manual processing, and poor product precision. The customer urgently needs highly automated machines to reduce labor requirements and upgrade machine capacity and product processing accuracy.

  • Customized Machines for Facade System

After in-depth research into the Turkmenistan client's factory conditions, annual production capacity targets, factory layout, profile parameters, and long-term cost reduction and efficiency improvement needs, KINGREAL senior technical engineering team tailored a customized integrated machine solution for facade system. This solution includes four core production machines: one steel slitting line, two metal bracket production lines, and one t profile roll forming machine. These machines have clearly defined roles and seamless upstream and downstream integration, creating a closed-loop automated production line.

The steel slitting line, as an upstream pre-processing machine, is responsible for the fully automated unwinding, cutting, trimming, and slitting of whole rolls of metal material, precisely cutting the raw material into standard narrow strips for profile production, providing uniform raw materials for all downstream processing machines. The two metal bracket production lines can operate in parallel, producing various types of  wall lining brackets in batches. The t profile roll forming machine focuses on the continuous rolling, shaping, and cutting of the core T-shaped support profiles for facade wall installation, producing the core load-bearing structural profiles for the facade wall system.

The entire machine system is manufactured in the KINGREAL factory. The operating logic, touch control system, parameter commissioning standards, and daily maintenance procedures of multiple machines are completely unified. Factory operators do not need to learn the operating procedures of different brands of machines separately, significantly accelerating the onboarding speed of new machines and reducing pre-job training costs. At the same time, the one-stop complete machine solution eliminates the cumbersome process of cross-regional, multi-channel communication with multiple equipment suppliers for the Turkmenistan customer, and the synergy between upstream and downstream machines greatly improves production continuity.

  • Overseas On-site Operation and Maintenance

The customized machines for facade system completed the entire process of cross-border packing, international logistics transportation, customs clearance and inspection, and was delivered to Turkmenistan intact. All machines passed unpacking and acceptance, and were ready for on-site installation, commissioning, and production. To ensure rapid deployment, rapid production, and zero-failure operation of multiple machines, KINGREAL immediately activated dedicated overseas after-sales service mechanism, dispatching engineers to Turkmenistan.

KINGREAL engineers, taking into account the Turkmenistan customer's factory workflow, existing production layout, and daily operating habits, scientifically optimized the overall layout of the four machines. This included reserving space for machine maintenance and material storage, balancing production efficiency with ease of future machine maintenance. Subsequently, following the production line's workflow sequence, they completed the positioning, assembly, circuit connection, program debugging, and overall machine linkage testing of the steel slitting line, two metal bracket production lines, and t profile roll forming machine, one by one.

Simultaneously, KINGREAL engineers conducted machine operation training and emergency troubleshooting instruction. In addition, KINGREAL engineers customized exclusive maintenance plans for each of the four independent machines, detailing standardized procedures for daily pre-shift inspections, weekly component lubrication, monthly parts inspections, and quarterly in-depth overall machine maintenance. They also marked the replacement cycles for easily damaged parts and emergency fault handling plans, comprehensively standardizing machine maintenance procedures and effectively extending the service life of all machines.
