This Mexican customer partnered with KINGREAL on three machines: a metal roof tile machine, a cu solar channel machine, and a drywall profile machine. KINGREAL engineers' primary task in Mexico was to install and commission these three machines and provide relevant operational training to ensure their normal and stable operation and extend their lifespan.
First, KINGREAL engineers precisely planned the particular positions of the machines after thoroughly grasping the Mexican customer's production practices and factory plan. They next installed the several machine components step by step, moving them with cranes and forklifts to their assigned positions. Following the placement of every piece of machinery, KINGREAL engineers carefully tested to make sure the apparatus was functioning in best possible state.
