KINGREAL designed an automatic packaging machine for a Mexican customer to improve production efficiency. This machine automatically snaps and stacks the profiles, reducing manpower. Furthermore, based on customer needs, KINGREAL designed a Solar Channel Machine to produce solar channels with serrated edges, increasing friction. It is worth mentioning that this Solar Channel Machine can produce profiles of different specifications by changing the hangers, meeting the diverse needs of customers. After the Solar Channel Machine was manufactured, KINGREAL specially invited the customer to the factory for inspection. After ensuring that the machine performance and finished product quality met the actual project requirements, the Mexican customer agreed to ship the Solar Channel Machine. Because the Italian customer needed to process materials that were thicker than 2mm, KINGREAL specially equipped the Solar Channel Machine designed for the Italian customer with a heavy-duty 2-in-1 decoiler and leveling machine, just to better uncoil and level the material surface and ensure accuracy. In addition, the Italian customer's required punching of the profiles was different from the standard on the market. He also needed side punching. Based on this, the KINGREAL team adjusted the solution according to the Italian customer's needs and designed and manufactured a special punching mold.
