3/ Packaging & Shipping of Rotary Shearing Cut to Length Machine
This rotary shearing cut to length line was shipped to Indonesia in February. Prior to shipment, KINGREAL staff meticulously packaged all components of the metal cut to length line to ensure its safety during transportation.
KINGREAL employed various protective measures, including wooden crates and bubble wrap, and used a crane to securely load the metal cut to length machine components into the container. The entire packaging process is rigorously controlled to ensure the metal cut to length line's internal and external condition is intact.

An integrated coil preparation area and fully automatic "hands-free" coil loading system further reduce manual intervention, enhancing safety and efficiency.

4/ Packaging & Shipping of Heavy Gauge Cut to Length Line
This heavy gauge cut to length line was shipped to Indonesia in July. During the packing process, KINGREAL staff methodically checked the checklist to ensure all parts and accessories were loaded onto the truck. KINGREAL also filmed and videotaped the packing process and promptly sent it to the Indonesian customer, keeping them updated on the metal cut to length machine's status.
After confirming everything was correct, KINGREAL staff checked with the truck driver regarding the destination port, and the container carrying the metal cut to length line parts sailed smoothly to the port.


Metal Cut to Length Machine in Indonesian Customer Factory
After the metal cut to length line arrived at the customer's factory in Indonesia, KINGREAL engineers visited the site to install and commission the metal cut to length machine. At the factory, KINGREAL staff discussed in detail with the Indonesian customer the metal cut to length line's placement, installation procedures, and subsequent operational training.
