This allows for the direct production of finished metal components that precisely meet customer specifications. These metal bracket production lines are widely utilized for mass production across various sectors, including HVAC systems, facade wall systems, warehouse shelving systems, and suspended ceiling systems. The complete metal bracket production line consists of precision components such as a decoiler, a leveler, and a punching machine, enabling fully automated production—from coiled material to finished parts. To ensure stability during mass production as well as product precision, the KINGREAL team selects punching machines and stamping dies with appropriate tonnage based on the customer's material thickness, material type, and part-forming requirements.
