4.3 High-Precision Main Forming Unit

The main forming unit offers an optional embossing function to further enhance the plank's anti-slip properties. The frame features a thickened, integrated cast-iron arch structure; its substantial weight and superior resistance to vibration and deformation ensure stable, high-speed operation without body oscillation or profile misalignment.

The forming rollers are made of GCr15 high-wear-resistance bearing steel, hardened via high-temperature quenching to achieve a hardness of HRC58–62, ensuring durability and resistance to wear or deformation during long-term rolling operations.

4.4 Hydraulic Tracking Cutting Station
